Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the learnarabic08.com website (the "Service") operated by LEARN ARABIC LLC("the Company", "We", "Us", or "Our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, then You may not access the Service.

Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password. You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in Your country) to create an account. If You are under 18, You confirm that You have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

Our Service allows You to purchase courses, books, bundles, and live-session plans ("Products"). By placing an order, You represent that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that the information You supply is true, correct, and complete.

Prices for Products are listed on the Service and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions.
We accept payment via PayPal and bank transfer (including Instapay, Vodafone Cash, and UK/EU/UAE bank transfers, depending on availability in Your region).
Orders paid by bank transfer or other proof-of-payment methods are placed in pending review status until We verify Your payment, which typically takes up to 24 hours. You will be notified by email and/or SMS once Your order is approved and access to Your Products is unlocked.
It is Your responsibility to ensure the proof of payment You upload is clear, accurate, and matches the order total.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because Our Products are digital (courses, e-books, and access to live sessions), the following applies:

Digital downloads (books): Once a book has been downloaded, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where the file is defective or materially different from its description — in which case contact Us within 7 days of purchase for a replacement or refund.
Courses and bundles: Refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, before substantial progress has been made in the course, may be granted at Our discretion. Contact Us with Your order number to request a review.
Live sessions: You may reschedule or cancel a booked live session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed sessions, may not be refunded or rescheduled.
Pending-review orders: If Your payment cannot be verified, Your order may be cancelled and any funds returned to You via the original payment method, where applicable.

Account Removal and Data

You may request the deletion of Your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting Us. We may retain certain records where We have a legal or contractual obligation to do so (for example, transaction records for tax purposes). Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by You), features, and functionality — including all courses, books, videos, audio, graphics, logos, and the LearnArabic name and brand — are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Egypt and other countries.

When You purchase a Product, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use that Product for Your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Product or Service content;
Resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or share Your account or purchased Products with others;
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Product or content;
Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or copy content from the Service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation;
To transmit any advertising or promotional material without Our prior written consent;
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person or entity;
To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm the Company or users of the Service;
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any part of the Service, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.

Live Sessions and Teachers

Live sessions are facilitated by independent native-speaking teachers through Our platform. While We carefully select and review Our teachers, We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Please treat teachers and fellow learners with respect — abusive behavior toward teachers or staff may result in suspension or termination of Your account without refund.

Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such content, goods, or services available through such websites.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if You breach these Terms. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If You wish to terminate Your account, You may simply discontinue using the Service or contact Us to request account deletion.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included on it.
